- A project taken from concept proposal through to construction drawings. Each design answers to the conditions of the site, what the client needs and the technical standards that apply, so that it works, looks right and can actually be built.
- BIM coordinationTechnical design and interdisciplinary coordination (BIM/CAD)
- Production and coordination of technical information across every stage of a project. Brings structural, hydraulic, electrical and mechanical disciplines together under BIM or CAD, so that what reaches site is compatible, accurate and buildable.
- Permits and planningTechnical applications, permits and liaison with urban planning authorities
- Management of the technical and administrative processes needed to get a project approved, amended or regularised. Includes liaison with the curadurías urbanas (the licensed private offices that issue building permits in Colombia’s larger municipalities) and with regulators and planning reviewers.
