How to delete your data from the social media app
If you connected an account to the Plano Base social media app and want it to lose access and the data it received to be deleted, follow these two steps. Which data those are is explained in the app's privacy policy (planobase.co/en/app-de-redes/privacidad). This English text is a courtesy translation: the binding document is the Spanish one.

Step 1: remove access from the platform
This stops the app from posting to your account immediately. Menu names may change between versions of each platform:
- Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → Active → Plano Base Redes → Remove.
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → Plano Base Redes → Remove.
- Threads: Settings → Account → Website permissions → Active → Plano Base Redes → Remove.
- TikTok: Profile → Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services → Plano Base Redes → Remove access.
- LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services → Plano Base Redes → Remove.
- X: Settings and privacy → Security and account access → Apps and sessions → Connected apps → Plano Base Redes → Revoke app permissions.
Step 2: ask for deletion
Write to proyectos@planobase.co with the subject "Delete my data from the social media app". Tell us which platform and which account or Page (the username is enough). Write from an email we can link to that account, or tell us how to check that it is yours: that way nobody can ask to delete someone else's account.
We delete that account's access token, its ID, its name and the history of what the app published on it, and we confirm by email when it is done, within fifteen business days at most. What is already published stays on the platform: it is deleted from the platform itself.
