Terms of use of the social media app
These terms govern the use of the Plano Base social media app ("the app"), provided by Plano Base Arquitectos S.A.S. Anyone who uses it accepts them. This English text is a courtesy translation: the binding document is the Spanish one.

Who is responsible for your data
The Plano Base social media app belongs to Plano Base Arquitectos S.A.S., a company domiciled in Cali, Colombia, which is the data controller for the data described here.

What the app is
An internal tool to schedule and publish the studio's content on its own Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, LinkedIn and X accounts, through each platform's official APIs. It is not sold or offered to the public.
Who can use it
- Only studio staff authorized by Plano Base, with their studio email.
- Each platform account is connected through the platform's official permission, granted by whoever manages it.
- Access is personal and is not shared.
Content and each platform's rules
- The app publishes only what a member of the studio scheduled and approved, on the chosen account and at the chosen time.
- Whoever schedules a post is responsible for holding the rights to what is published (photos, videos, music and text) and the consent of the people who appear in it.
- Each platform's terms, community guidelines and limits are followed. On TikTok, content generated with artificial intelligence is labeled as such.
- The app is not used for spam, for mass duplicate posting or for anything illegal or that infringes third-party rights.
What the platforms decide
Each platform may change its rules, reject a post, limit how many can be made per day or withdraw the app's access. A post may go out later if the platform fails or the account's token expired; the app retries and warns if it does not go out.

Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Colombian law. For any question or complaint, write to proyectos@planobase.co. If they change, we will publish the new version here with its number and date.
